Palletized Trucking is a family owned and operated trucking company founded in 1969.
Since that time, Palletized Trucking has evolved into a multi-service transportation company that handles domestic, export, and import cargoes. From its terminal locations in Houston, Texas, the company provides service within the Houston Commercial Zone and to points throughout the contiguous 48 states and Canada.
Our fleet of more than 300 trailers includes lowboys, stretch floats, flatbeds, dry vans, and intermodal chassis. Our specialized heavy haul equipment can accommodate loads in excess of 1,000,000 pounds. This diversity allows Palletized to meet the total transportation needs of our customers.
The Challenge
Palletized Trucking employed an Armed Guard, but could not secure entire facility. This created an issue due to cost of hiring more security guards to secure the facility and the environment is large in nature. This created the second issue, the cost to put in a wired camera system was significant.
The Solution
Palletized Tucking chose to invest in multiple Fast String Wireless Camera’s across their 30 -50 acre facility. The cameras have the ability to transmit live and recorded footage via the wireless network to the security and operations team at Palletized Trucking.
